Quel’dorei High Elves as an Alliance allied race - 2024 (Part 1)

Ah so you say fanfics are irrelevant? That’s good to know so you whole silvermoon gets neutral you get highelves stuff is irrelevant too since you have no proof for it either.

And you still avoid my questions

What I say could be a possibility for the Midnight expansion, you also can’t prove the opposite.

Nah that’s not how it works I don’t have to disproof your claim you have to proof yours.

And what I said is just as likely as what you say. It’s both elven reunification and that’s all we know about midnight at this point

Shakim can’t handle it when people present facts > feelings.

He can’t handle High Elf fans like me, who is realistic in my approach to how the race can be introduced (and this being the ONLY way they can be introduced.)

Anything to do with Quel’Thalas or Silvermoon can never qualify for the High Elves to be playable. High Elves must be totally independent with their own nation, own laws etc - just like Void Elves, Nightborne and the other allied races.

Simple as : If betrayers elves take part in the city as their own. We’ll nuke them with tactical Fel-mana bomb.

Why should I prove something to you ?

You’re in a high elf thread, I’m not trying to convince you.

Okey then no one proofs anything and we are both right and wrong

You help this high elf thread stay alive !:ok_hand:

Ofcourse I mean why shouldn’t I?
I don’t have beef with elves or the elven community.

I don’t get why some of y’all have that desperate wish for high elves when blood elves already are high elves without the word high in there name but I do have a problem when so many posts about highelves turn around the idea that it’s pretty important to take something away from the horde to turn it neutral or outright alliance.

And it doesn’t help that most players I see that want high elves are openly alliance biased and most of those posts just start with “give us highelves FOR THE ALLIANCE” and then it always quite quickly turns into “while your at it fork over silvermoon pls thx”
Let’s not even start with the crowed that to this day flame blizzard for giving the horde elves in the first place. Those guys don’t even act like they want to share anything elven with us.
And for some reason those posts always turn into “btw lorderon should be alliance too” and since

These people just want everything because they’re jealous that Lordaeron and Quel’Thalas are not Alliance locations any longer.

The rightful citizens of Lordaeron actually live in Lordaeron - they are called the Forsaken.
It drives me nuts to see so many idiots demand that Lordaeron is filled with “Lightforged Undead” and made neutral and Humans can live there. What happens to the Forsaken? Oh move them to Theramore Underground or Icecrown Citadel…you will love it and it will be great

Have you noticed that those Alliance posters who make these idiotic claims about how great it will be for Forsaken and Blood Elves to lose their homes, wouldn’t actually play through their ideas, if they ever came to pass? They wouldn’t actually play a Forsaken in Icecrown or Blood Elf on Outland. Just shows how stupid they are.

Yep they would never say “now that we have earthen ironforge goes neutral”
And you can see it cause I asked this very question and it gets ignored cause they won’t ever agree to give up anything not even as a lie to strengthen there own arguments.

Btw now I’m just waiting for one of them to offer citys like gnomeregan or the draenei one just to look willing ^^

If the high elves are Midnight’s neutral allied race, Silvermoon will automatically be neutral.
I prefer this scenario because everyone will probably be happy.

How could it be a possibility? They won’t remove factions, they would have by now. Instead they opted to make both factions be able to group up and even join the same guild, so it’s pretty obvious they don’t want to give up factions.
Second, the Belf zones are being revamped, yeah, but there is already a neutral area, that Sunwell island, so why would they not use that but instead make the belf city neutral?
Plus don’t forget that your little Helf crusade dropped dead the moment velfs got their customization options. There are in fact more people against in this thread then there are for. The US thread is buried under weeks worth of time, or at least it was the last time I looked. Let’s fact it, you don’t even have a voice any more.

And frankly what you people want is dumb. We have two factions that more or less let us experience the game from a fresh or at least a different perspective and you want that blasted just cause you don’t like the pink elves that were given to you. Seriously, what the hell is wrong with you people?

Sure cause when the earthen came into the game ironforge became a neutral city too right? So you logic checks out.

The Earthens have a neutral capital (Dornogal).

And high elves if they ever come will have there own city I’m sure they are pretty capable of building one or even better blizz likes to “just find” while islands and citys in the fog .

Since even housing is coming I’m sure you will some day get high elves with a beautiful high elven city but stop trying to steal other people’s stuff.

Isn’t it quite convenient that the alliance has nothing to lose in this discussion cause they don’t have any elven citys?

How would you guys feel if we demand a human reunification between forsaken and humans and then SW gets to be a neutral city?

High elves are Thalassian elves from Quel’Thalas like blood elves and void elves, they are all of the same race.
Blizzard could also merge VE/BE at Midnight so that VE/BE customizations are fully shared, this is a possibility because since TWW high elf NPCs have BE/VE customizations.

They already have merged them. You have the pink skins and nomral hairs. In fact the picture you linked is a velf. They will not steal the belf theme to clone them even more then they already have, this is the best you got. The velf culture with the belf paint job.

If you don’t like that, then go play a belf, get that original culture theme, you can still play with your Alliance buddies, be in the same guild even. Give me one good reason Blizzard should go to the Horde, to the Belfs and tell them, hey we have been ignoring you for the past two expansions, but it’s time to give you the spotlight again, it’s just gonna cost you one of your faction cities cause we got a vocal minority, like 2 guys in a forum thread that weren’t happy with the belf clone we gave them…

You legit see that happening?

Hey, imagine if ICC was the Forsakens’ capital ! Wouldn’t it be incredibly… incredible ?

I love the HElves’ lodges, and I don’t see why their capital couldn’t just be SW, as VElves’ capital really is. What good is Suramar to the Nightborne anyway ? And the LFDs don’t even have a fake capital but SW. Foxes ? They set their cap anywhere. Just make HElves an allied race or a full VE customization, mastering the void so it only shows at will, as for Alleria (huge hint at HElves custom btw). Nobody looses anything, the Horde obviously get their allied race or, say, Troll customs, eh voilà.

For long hordies said having Alliance High Elves would dilute the BEs’ identity, but the VEs proved it’s not the case, at all. And with Midnight coming, well, even the story seems to point to High Elves being on the frontside. I’ve been BE from BC to Cata, because Paladin, and almost all my toons are NElves now (because wifey). I’ve never understood either the numbness of Alliance people asking for HElves, which set a very bad start, nor the explosion of hatred and bad faith from Horde players. Now we’re all BFF and won’t go at war against each other again, it’s being harder, lore/game wise, to justify the non-existence of HElves as an actor, and a - playable - faction to be.

I also understand why some Alliance players would love to get Lordaeron back, but indeed, they ignore the facts and lore, that forsakens are undead people, not the scourge, and the true heirs of Lordaeron. We’d better help restore it to its former glory, and be just proud of it, then focus on cleaning the plague in… Plaguelands. We could get Strat back (or Darrow ?), maybe make it a neutral city because Horde helped cleaning/rebuilding it, but ti’s the absolute best we would get. I can’t think of a “Horde” city to restore.

As for Quel’Thalas, well, it’s never been an Alliance city as is, and even HElves, the very few remaining, were never said to want to “recover” it. They can now pilgrimage, which is a huge step, they’re still High Elves, and QT is their home city at heart. There’s not a single argument in favor of QT becoming neutral, in any setting.

Don’t be nuts, don’t feed the trolls on yourself, there are sensible people out there and Blizz won’t do such things anyway.

Though having ICC has a capital would be damn swaggy !

Yeah just keep ignoring my questions cause you don’t want to answer them cause your honest answer would not further your cause
