The Earthens and the Bronzebeards are two different dwarven peoples.
The High Elves, Blood Elves, and Void Elves are the same Thalassian elven people of Quel’Thalas.

Yes that’s why I took a better comparison that would hit even deeper so let me ask again.
If you are cool with elven reunification and by that silvermoon becoming a neutral city would you also be cool with a human reunification and by that stormwind becoming neutral?
The different human peoples are already united because they are part of the alliance.
Last time I checked 99% of the forsaken are humans
The Forsaken have already done their “reunification”, they have a desolate council that allowed the Darfallen to join the faction of their choice.
Undercity should be a neutral sanctuary. 
Why just under city? Why not stormwind too?

Human peoples are already in the Alliance, so their cities will only be in the Alliance. 
So you don’t accept the fact that forsaken are humans?
There is already a Forsaken reunification, it only concerns the different varieties of undead.

It would take a politically divided people like the Thalassian elves to make a comparison.
I would say the forsaken and the living humans are political divided people.
And just like with arathor in silvermoon the forsaken have Derek proudmoor who can freely enter stormwind so I would say this is pretty comparable.
So would you please answer me. Would you also be in favour of that or is it only ok if the alliance has nothing to loose?

This goes even before Warcraft 3 since Quel’thalas left the alliance the moment the war was over. So high elves pretending they are diehard loyalists of the alliance in the closet they are very much dishonest about the whole argument.
The BE, HE, VE… are elves from Quel’Thalas, they are all from the same people.
The reunification of their people makes sense.
Humans and forsaken are also from the same people especially with calia and Derek in the picture.

High elf fans are never honest. This is not new. You should give up trying to talk sense into them since they will put the fingers in their ears and ignore it all.

I would say the forsaken don’t have a kingdom right now and does that even matter? Or are they to different?

Btw there is another elven city the high elves could use. There is suramar that is a far bigger city much more fitting a elven reunification
