Well don’t see it as giving them a part of the city.
Try to see it more like renting it to them. For tactical purposes. After all you want troops that are well rested and fed and relaxed when you fight world ending threats for maximum success chances.
After all there is no alliance free silvermoon to enjoy when the freaky barefoot girl does to our planet what they did to the planet of the astrals.(Are the mummy guys called that? I’m not sure)
We as horde players fought for the tree just like the alliance that’s why we are allowed there. You can’t let us risk our lives for the tree and then say nice now it’s up and safe you can’t come here.
But there is no such reason for the alliance to get access to silvermoon. And even if they help rebuilding the destroyed part then it would only make sense for them to have acces to that part and I don’t see why the alliance should help with that. The blood elves are pretty capable to do that on there own/with the very capable allies they have in the horde
I don’t get it dude even if I show you a nice alternative that would still give the alliance acces to a part of silvermoon you are not happy.
You are only happy if you get all of it. You are like a little snobby brat only happy if you get 100% of what you want and you don’t care about what other think. It’s never enough not untill the horde must share silvermoon and there elves. And if that would happen you guys would start to demand that the elves complete migrate to the alliance
Closest thing is permitted pilgrimages to Quel’Danas.
As for lore characters, I don’t really care for that argument. Eitrigg apparently celebrates Winter Veil in Stormwind - that doesn’t mean orcs will get half the city.
The fate of Silvermoon for the Midnight expansion is already validated by Blizzard.
We know that the elven reunification will be a pretext to unite the Horde and the Alliance to defend Quel’Thalas together. So a neutral hub is inevitable.
Metzen has spoken of Quel’Thalas as a whole being the staging grounds for the union of elven tribes against the Void. There’s zero such claim concerning Silvermoon itself to my knowledge.
Sure and I’m not even denying that but I tell you there are other viable ways to achiev that that is not taking away the city and land from the horde.
But you don’t want to hear that or think about it cause you obviously have already made up your mind you decided that the reality you like will be happening.
All we know is the very vague word elven reunification and that quelthalas will have a role that’s all and in you mind that means playable highelves and neutral quelthalas with nothing in return for the horde.
And it’s super obvious that this horde shaman is just a facade to hide you alliance bias. You refused for a full day to answer me a single question cause you weren’t willing to either reveal your bias or give the horde alliance land even in a completely fictional what if scenario.
We know that Quel’Thalas will be completely revamped because the Midnight expansion will be in Quel’Thalas.
So the alliance will also be present in Quel’Thalas.
So you want the horde to lose a whole city so you can have the same race you already play but with the word high instead of blood? Cheacks out I guess.
Would you be ok with the alliance lose a city if something like that would happen?
If Silvermoon is neutral at Midnight, it will still be a Horde capital.
Bel’ameth, Gilneas and Telogrus Rift are neutral but they are still Alliance capitals/Zones.
