The neutral crap needs to stay away from faction cities. We have the sunwell island that has been neutral since it was added. Take your elves there and stop trying to chip away at the belfs please.

For how long? Cause if that city were to become neutral, which I highly doubt, your and Cryingmoon here will weep that it should be Alliance exclusive.

There is no elven reunification that is still just in your head.
Even if it was neutral next step to complain will be that they believe all of Quel’thalas should become alliance again. Cuz that is what high elf fanatics do all the time.

Belameth should be neutral cause we fought for the stupid tree just like you did nieghtelves just called dibs on it.
Gilneas is still empty and not a city in any function. We helped clear it but we also destroyed it I’m conflicted about this one.
And the rift is just that a rift. Some floating islands and that’s it also not a city.
And none of those “city’s” was ever a bit neutral city with the exception of the rift but if we go that rout high mountain is also a neutral city.
So still you want to take something away and you don’t even say hey that or that alliance city could become neutral as a counter offer you just want to take.

The Horde and the Alliance are united for the same cause, this is the common point of these neutral cities.

They aren citys.
They are empty shells of scenery that resembles a city and until blizzard does not change that they aren’t city’s.
Why is silvermoon so important. Why can your elven reunification only work if that means silvermoon gets neutral?
What does a reunification between elves even have to do with the rest of there factions. Bain and andiun are bff’s but neither stormwind or thunderbluff are neutral.
I can see them saying all elves are allowed in all elve city’s if that whole reunification thing is even that deep to begin with but why should that mean dwarfs and blood elves are suddenly friends. Or for the same matter why would that mean nightelves and forsaken are suddenly friends I gues the tree lovers are still kinda mad at us

It would be surprising if Silvermoon was a horde-only capital at Midnight because the alliance would also need a capital in Quel’Thalas.
There could also be a new neutral hub in Quel’Thalas if Silvermoon is destroyed by the void.

The thing is you act like it is impossible to make a neutral hub without taking silvermoon.
My good friends the goblins literally have towns in boxes
They can add the zone north of stratholme and make that place the capital of SIlvermoon for the time being. No need to make extra work and remove current Silvermoon as gameplay location.
My take is that, since the revamp of Quel’Thalas is pretty much confirmed, the new Silvermoon will become a neutral hub and nostalgic Horde players will be able to speak with Zidormi and travel back in time.
The starting levelling experience for belves would not need to be revamped as that hasn’t happened with other races whose main cities have been significantly altered (e.g, nelves, undead). Besides, when you create a new character you are given a dual choice between the Reach and your race’s traditional starting zone.
I believe that the new Silvermoon will be similar in size and magnificence to Legion’s Suramar. To claim that such a development effort will not be enjoyed by half the playerbase because “it will be a Horde-only city” is just delusional.
Today, Horde players are free to walk in Gilneas, Bel’Ameth and Telogrus. Both sides can also go to the embassy of the opposite faction in Dornogal and even interact with the npcs.
