As for derailing, belittling and mischaracterizing your arguments…the vast majority of you make stuff up or wildly inflate the importance of any given feature as you demand Blizzard implement your absolutist headcanon. It is not belittling when the arguments are pathetically childish ('haha you are keeping topic alive, Blizzard will therefore see this is popular and grant us our wish!) nor is it mischaracterizing the arguments of someone whose basic premise is fundamentally flawed (Quel’Dorei are a distinct race of elves! Look, they are more noble! That is totally unique.).

This was the second item on their list. The core fantasies of races and classes. It’s an important consideration to them.
What is the core fantasy of a Void Elf but the void? Is it too much to extrapolate from that then that they will be reluctant to take away from that core fantasy? I imagine they would be reluctant.
