it saddens me that the wow playerbase wants another elf race, when we still dont have cool races like ogres and arrakoa as playable.

what is so cool about ogres or arrakoa?
If a lot of players want be an elf, why not add more?
because we already have 4 elf races? also as to whats so cool about ogres and arrakoa id advise playing the spires of arak questline again if you havent already, it has a ton of cool lore in my opinion.
As for ogres they are a long overdue race that got a ton of love in WOD with their lore, not to mention they have a ton of amusing characteristics about them. Blizzard has also already done a lot of the animation work on the ogres so the only thing holding them back is a female model
i would rather have more playable elves then new races that only 1-5% playerbase would consider playing.

The irony of this is.
At this point, only about 1-5% of people would play “High Elves”
Because the elf playerbase is so very spread out by now.
The majority who still plays the actual High Elves that are on Horde.

Checked new void elf options in barber shop…at quess what? THEY SUCK,
Hair styles are horrendous, i look exactly like void elf just blood elf skin tone.
EYE color options? 6 blue shades -??
I mean this is not enough to satisfy my needs to even considering stop asking highelfs for the alliance.
So as usual, horde- blood elves got everything, alliance was fooled once again.

Well high elves typically had blue eyes, plus two shades of purple.
What do you want…Blood Elves?
Both factions get “High Elf” like features now. My Blood Elf Mage has blue eyes.

We are not fooled. High elf fans just didn’t get what they wanted, which is a complete copy of a Belf race onto the Alliance with a different racial name.
What we got is very very fair. If you don’t like it, don’t use it.
At the end of the day you have to remember one thing
We 
are VOID elves not High elves
We got natural skin to look like Alleria, who is a Void elf.

Blood Elves got barely anything for customization…
Meanwhile Humans, Dwarves, and especially Night Elves got pampered by Blizzard (Worgen also got all the human options as well).
Don’t act like the alliance is this “poor oppressed minority” in this customization update

Yes night elves are amazing…but i am dissapointed with voidelf customization.
Was expecting to look like highelf…but void elves look - same.

I can easily pass for a High elf with Grey hair. You just gotta use your imagination.
Or your other option is to go Horde

If you want blonde, pale, blue eyed elves… Well The Horde is waiting for you.
Also like Jakafo said, it’s so easy to make a High Elf looking character with the Void Elf customisations, especially with the grey, blue and light purple hairs.

It’s a vicious cycle. We have written this before but KT should have been a human customization option with the slot used an actual fantasy race. But then, again, with no playable helves, they will never stop requesting the race. Give them blond hair options, more hair options, helf tattoos and we’re done with the void elves finally.
