Where is it confirmed that Lor’themar is dying?

All Alliance elf characters are possibly dying in the new trailer, where Thalyssra, Lor’themar and Velonara take up the lead and they lead us into the new expansion
Goodbye Alleria, Vereesa and Umbric - who’s deaths will be sad, but Alliance players will get over it.
You pretty obviously only play horde cause of the blood elves.
You obviously hate the horde otherwise you wouldn’t cheerfully try to take away from the horde at every corner.
I would bet ten bucks you are probably one of those guys that still aren’t over the fact that the horde got the pretty elves back in BC.

Just seen the trailer. In no way does it look like Lor’themar is dying or is going to die.
He is clutching his sword tightly which suggests he either has only lost a battle or wasn’t expecting her. In no way does it suggest, it’s curtains for him
I was always expecting Lor’themar to appear in the Midnight CGI Cinematic - it was always a given

Looking at Blizzards laziness with races, sure. However there are other races people would rather see. Technically you got High Elves on both Horde and Alliance. They look exactly the same as Void and Blood Elves.
Orcs executed the Quel’Thalas genocide in warcraft games and trolls have been elves mortal enemies for 10k+ years, but elves are in the horde now.
2025. We have blood elves, void elves, nightborne, arathi and still 0 high elves.
And since TWW dwarves are in the horde now.

Tyrande straight out demanded Suramars civilians/refugees fill the frontline before she comitted soldiers
Liadrin outright told their men to help protect those same civilians.
You can complain about nightbourne not aesthetically fitting the Horde but thats another discussion about wether or not it made sense that the nightbourne went with the Blood elves and not the Night elves storywise
I played both factions in that expansion, I very clearly remember the stark contrast between Liadrins voicebox messages and Tyrandes voicebox messages
No they didn’t. They burned the outskirts of the forests but never made it to Silvermoon. Alliance fans are lying again I shouldn’t be surprised. You know who did genocide them? Arthas. A HUMAN.
Not really. It’s a consistent and vocal minority of the player base that just knows how to make a lot of noise.
The ship has sailed for High Elves. You can already play one on Alliance and Horde. Pick one or either.
I’m waiting for High Elves myself because I am a High Elf supporter.
The difference between me and the loud mouths is that I DON’T want High Elves at the expense of Blood Elves or the Blood elf playerbase.
The toxicity within the High Elf fanbase at the moment is awful. Literally, trying to write out anything Blood Elf or Nightborne in Midnight.
High Elves can happen regardless of the Blood Elves and Nightborne and whatever lore they get. They are entirely separate things and the High Elf fans needs to shut up about Blood Elves and Nightborne and stop obsessing over them.
I firmly believe those toxic parts of the high elve community have a 100% match with the people that hated the horde getting elves in the first place.
They want to take everything away from them cause they are part of the horde so they want to delete that to be only left with nice goody alliance elves.
It’s the same people that cheer when another horde leader has to wear the villain costume.
It’s the lawful good lotr style fantasy fans that can’t wrap there head around the fact that orcs and undeads deserve good stories to where they aren’t evil
I believe that as well, but it does say something about your character when your (not you, but “your” in the general sense), getting excited and happy about somebody else’s disappointment.
I mean, kicking the Blood Elves out of Quel’Thalas and make it an Alliance nation and when reasonable people say “But what about me as a Blood Elf fan?” And all they get is “Shut up! This is going to happen! You can live in a mud hut and a pig farm!” That’s so toxic and I want those people removed from the High Elf fanbase because they’re not High Elf supporters. They are toxic people who get thrills out of other people’s misery and disappointment, but in their tiny minds, it’s acceptable to be like that because “I play Alliance! Alliance = victims!” Erm…no.
High Elves can still happen where Blood Elves, Nightborne and Humans aren’t even referenced, because we’ve seen it with…other forms of media.
They could not capture Silvermoon, meaning they could not massacre elves in the city, but they totally torched everything outside
And trolls have forever been at war with them

Undead Arthas if anything was closer to warcraft horde, than warcraft alliance, because death knight. Again, learn the lore

Trolls aren’t one mass. The even are so different in there form you can not make this a trolls are at war with the elves thing.
