Hello lads i m trying to get my rogue orderhall started. But it aint popping the quest i mean. I have already teleported to Dornegal with the city so it shouldnt realy be a phasing issue. Also done the steps of moving in and out of the city by teleporting and flying back. or teleporting and HS back and neither works,.
Any sugestions or solutions to this problem and how to fix it?
