After the regional reset, all cloak ranks should be able to be completed in one run, as the blue post states “The following quest to upgrade from Rank 14 to 15 will then require that you go get 2 more new Torn Pages (was 8).”
However, after logging in, i realized the quest still asks for 8 pages, instead of 2.
While the bluepost doesn’t explicitly say the change goes online with the weekly reset, but everything else mentioned in the bluepost (corruption vendor, echo changes etc) went online , so i’d assume this change is online as well, which means the quest is bugged for me.

It may well just complete when you collect 2 pages.
The quest texts and tooltip values and the like, are client side (cosmetic) features. Changing these requires a client update. I’m not sure if an update has gone out yet or not, you may have an update pending.
Anyway, when a quest is considered “completed”, is decided by the server. So it’s very plausable that you could just do 1 run, collect 2 pages and be able to turn it in afterwards with 2/8 progress.
Just coming in to confirm that I’m still showing a requirement of 4 pages.
From what I can tell this change went through okay for US and Oceanic so it may be an EU issue?
Same bug here, don’t really want to run visions before i know this is resolved.
Same bug here, tried leaving the quest and leaving it and relogging. All without any luck.
Someone who has a char on the 0/4 or 0/6 or 0/8 quests should just give it a whirl, i suspect it’ll work fine and the bug only affects the cosmetic text (and doesn’t hinder completion).
Does anyone know if it is only The Final Trust, or should Fear and Flesh also only be 2 pages? They are 2 4 6 8 atm. :((
All of those should complete at 2 pages now.
My quest still says I require 8 pages, I’m reluctant to complete a vision until I know if its a visual bug with the quest tracker or not.
Just FYI deleted the wow cache folder fixed it for me

Which cache folder did you delete? I abandoned the quest, closed WoW & launcher, made sure nothing was running, deleted the one from %ProgramData%, logged in & picked up the quest again but it’s still saying 8 pages in the quest.

(i renamed it for backup) worked like a charm.
Mine was showing as 4 pages for 'final truth ’ - i done a 12-13 level vision with a guildie last night and I only needed 2 pages to complete it. Hopefully doing 14 and 15 tonight. In a nutshell its been fixed so you only require 2 pages per cloak level
wrong, its friday night still needing 6 pages to complete rank 9 > 10

Have you lot actually tried turn it in? I believe blizzard said something about it being possible with less pages.
tried clearing case abandon quest relog and tried to turn in the quest with less than what it asks for. it does not work
