Track some quests and achievements and they reset when you restart wow. I tried disabled addons and still resetting so I have to add quest track again. It seems this patch causes it so please fix it. Thanks!

Same is happening to me and its just started happening to a friend too

I have the same problem since yesterday. Tracking list of quests disappear when I log out.
So please hotfix quick?
This appears to have been fixed in yesterdays small patch.
