Question about AQ & Black Qiraji Battle Tank

Is the character transfer limitation on receiving the AQ gate opening rewards character-based or account wide? I recently transferred a lower-level alt on Classic and I’m worried that it will affect my main character with whom I’m planning on getting the Sceptre questline done.

Can someone confirm that it’s the CHARACTER THAT HAS BEEN TRASNFERRED that is ineligible to receive the rewards and not the whole account?

I think it’s tied to your character. So your main should be fine.
