I like how we’re 2 months into wotlk at this point and we’re still pretending manually creating a group isn’t the same exact shït as RDF but you get to yell at the clowns in your party questing on the other side of the map to get to the summoning stone more.
Important to preserve the authentic pre-icc experience as we delve into wotlk m+ next patch.
he/she is right on that part for sure dunno about the rest , Mylee’s right when it states blizzard doesn’t gives a damn about our opinions, it’s been what ? two month and they didn’t implement it.
They didn’t want to from teh get go , they are not even allowing closed realm to re open.
Shouldn’t we just use our energy/time better ? groundhog day breaking radio gif
Implying having someone to run those with and both having heirlooms. You really believe every single alt is from level 80 that could afford full heirlooms? What about starting entirely fresh on a new realm without having max level alt?
Really. Partially because this here character was Enchanter/Miner so gear went to fuel the dusts. Character managed to make 1k that i threw into Dual spec and later tanking prices of sellables and trainer costs kept me on very tight.
Now that part is important I too i am having problem with gold , i keep on farming in and there and auctioning but still it is still unfair that blizzard let the bot all kind of bot run wild with no punishmnt , i don’t mind obeying the rules but i mind taking weks when some others use bots , or real money transaction , gold buying and nothing is done.
Heirlooms can be sent cross servers and cross faction so having one level 80 makes it so you can have heirlooms on every char you ever play on any server.
Didn’t know that. Then again considering wide variety of Alts I’m making (My main is a Paladin, one if my Alts I have more than passing interest in is a Priest and the one on Mirage Raceway is Shaman (as well as another Paladin should I decide to start there as Horde)) it would be considerable investment. Not to mention I’m still away from getting Heirlooms or emblems for that matter
Even without heirlooms, content is easy. I use heirlooms as an example because most people at this point have been lvl80 for a good while and you can buy some loomies without even needing badges; you get excess stone keepers shards due to the wintergrasp changes.
Heirlooms are just blue quality gear, they don’t make you super powerful. The strength in them lies in their efficiency. I spend 65 badges on an arcanite reaper, throw a crusader enchant (like 30-40g) on it, and boom, it’s bis for any warrior/paladin/dk I make up until lvl78ish.
Keeping enchanting at your level is generally super expensive. The first ever toon I played was a priest and with it I keep tailoring and enchanting at around my level; I was utterly broke and couldn’t afford any mount.
Your other problem is that sellable prices were only tanked in Northrend. It’s overbotted, everything from there is mostly worthless. Copper ore is worth more than saronite. Tin ore is worth more than titanium. Every low level ore (except iron and thorium) is worth a lot right now.
The decision to not include the dungeon finder was made years ago, before TBCC was even released. Just like most of the decisions for Cata-classic will have already been made.
Partly right, every single feature that some people here hate was previously a suggestion. Even LFR was suggested once or twice.
Granted, when people suggested player owned houses, I don’t think they were expecting garrisons.
Gehennas prices on Northrend supplies have absolutely tanked. I thought the realm being locked would stop people making new bots, which would have been great had Blizzard got rid of the current ones.
Nethergarde last time I checked still held Titanium at around 2-3g per piece. Saronite tanked but still slightly more expensive than Tin. I know because I level Jewelcrafting on my Death Knight Alt. Doing Agate Shield pendants take a lot of Tin which is still cheaper than getting Moss Agate itself
This explains why you want RDF. Because you’re lazy.
When I want to to a heroic, I first ask in my guild chat if someone wants to join me. Something you can do as well. Once all the guildies that want to do it aswell are in my group, I hit my tank symbol, something you can do as well, and then write something in LFG chat that stands out, again something that you can do as well and then I scroll through the other players in the Tool and message them, asking them if they want to join my group, which is something you also can do. And this is why I have my groups in mere minutes, while you struggle.
I have a reasonable question, why is it that the “wow classic” that was formed by a set of players 4 years ago, that directly said stuff like LFD and LFR were reasons they wanted this whole “classic” idea, should now have their idea ruined.
I know a lot of people are jumping in to play wotlk cause they liked that expansion, but the whole idea of Classic was to remake the game with certain ideas that pertained to the original launch of the game, this has persisted into the upcoming expansions and made changes to further allign with that original ideology.
If you are mad about it, why are you here playing a product that only came to fruition because of the hard work of someone, whose idea of what wow should be, you fundamentally disagree with ?
Which means they listened to Classic players, not WotLK Classic players cause absolutely not a soul figured Classic would blow up like it did (even if partly helped by lockdowns).
Imagine the outrage if Blizzard had asked and listened to retail players on the state of world buffs.
This isnt exactly true tho … because 15 years ago we were already spamming for “era” realms, before RDF even existed …
You cant say whole idea of “classic” belongs to bunch of muppets who abandoned vanilla two months in when their favourite streamer got bored …
At end of every expansion there was boatload of people who wanted to play that exact expansion on repeat, not some season of muppetry nonsense where people who dont even like said expansion, are going to dictate how others should play the game …
