Is the swift flying form for druid gonna be available in phase 1 of TBC Classic?
Why shouldn’t it? It is a class-skill and it doesn’t differ much in terms of flying-speed to the skill obtained at level 68. The epic-form is locked behind 70 and some heroic dungeons either way
It wasn’t available untill Black Temple patch.
ehm, no?! It was available right from the start! I was one of the first on our server that had the pleasure to fly with the “raven” especially when everyone else was saving up some gold to buy the skill and mount

I could swear it was available from the get-go …
Oh, now I got it - the EPIC form - at the start the druid obtained at lvl 68 a “slow” “black raven” form. It is identical with the flightspeed of the “normal” flying mounts one can buy at level 68, druids though saves some gold here.

Could have clarified it better that i indeed ment the epic version of it 
well, to be fair, it is implicitly given in the term swift, if read carefully would have jumped to my eye ^^
