Questions regarding R14 in ERA

Greetings.

So, a few questions regarding the new rank system.

  1. How many weeks does/did it take?
  2. How many hours per day do/did you farm on average?
  3. Ive seen some posts stating 6 weeks from R1 to R14 and everyone shares a weekly cap of 500k? Is this information correct?

Considering to do a R14 grind if its casual enough, atleast casual compared to my R13 grind in 2020.

  3. caps starts from 35k up to 500k, depending your current rank, there is addon for that that can tell you how many weeks gonna get you to hit r14 based on honor farmed per week, at your own pace. Getting rank 14 now its as if you wanna get rank 10 in 2020 on an easy server… Its totally doable, 10 times easier. No gear free given tho without some commitment within reason, If dad gamers can get there im pretty sure you can as well.

  1. I think the minimum time is now 9 weeks if you hit your weekly caps from 0-14. (the addon Ranker will tell you what you need each week.)
  2. So depending how much honour each week you need it will vary but at the business end (rank 12-14) when you need your 500k cap it’s around 40-55 hours-ish to get this, and that severely depends if you end up in turtle AVs which tanks your honour per hour. (Assuming you will do the AV grind) On the AV weekend though this is so much quicker of course.

My advice is to try to get as much honour in the first few days as possible, there are a lot more AVs and the queues are quick, though for horde i think you get quicker queues than alliance so might not be an issue, normally on my main i am done with my 500k grind before Friday afternoon, but that’s weds/thurs 16-18 hours each day.

You can space it out and do the minimum per day which is approx 72k spread over the 7 days to get your 500k but that still around 4-6 hours per day, again depending how quick your AVs are.

which weekend it is doesnt matter, in an efficient premade, you reach 500k cap before weekend bonus starts, on thursday afternoon. Also you get around 20-22k honor per hour, so at most 25 hours to hit 500k.

i start around 7am and will go on till about 1 am give or take a break for lunch bio :slight_smile:

He said with a premade… meaning winning every game in 8 min, best i have seen is about 25k ph in Av weekend as solo… with premade i bet it must be 30k+, but if u dont premade and win every game under 9 min, best case is about 14k ph, with no bonuses still not bad.
