hello i wonder as outlaw rogue u can still get the Hidden effect for your weapons with thunderfury or since BFA realeased u cant anymore?i am asking because u cant see the quest item anymore on boss loot
Update 70+ runes in 1 dungeon and + 50 the other and still no drop… any answer or help would be appriciated

They should still be obtainable, yes. I got a lot of them for my alts during BfA, and I wouldn’t be aware that SL changed any requirements here.
You have to be in the right spec for these to drop, which I don’t think is an issue here, but I also seem to remember that you have to be wearing the weapons in order to get the drops (not just have them transmogged). Give that a try and see if wearing the Dreadblades phisically on your character makes the items drop.
Other than that I don’t know, but I can see a few comments on wowhead for the items that hint towards other players having issues getting the drops since SL, so maybe there is a bug with this? 
just got them but i cant do the quests in stormheim because theres not in the strike board orable there.
Not being able to see the quest or the questgiver Thrymjaris is caused if you didn’t level far enough through the Stormheim main questline. The quest you need for Thrymjaris to appear is “Where Dragons Rule”, which is roughly halfway through the zone chain.
I can see you don’t have that quest completed yet, so once you did, you’ll be able to speak to Thrymjaris and kick off the quest chain to get the hidden appearance.
