I’m currently using heavy quiver but it doesn’t appear on my back at all. I was using medium quiver before this and I had the same issue. One of the reason I play hunter and i’m having this issue 
does anyone know why?

I am not sure quivers actually appeared on your back at all in Vanilla. Or may be only when you were shooting out!
There are a couple of blue posts about Hunters and issues they have though, it might be already on the list of “Not a bug” or “Bug we are working on”.
I have the quiver showing on my level 6 troll hunter.
It appears on my hunter when i use the bow, the rest of the time it only shows my equipped melee weapons.
Have had some strange fights though, where my hunter insisted to use the quiver as a melee weapon. That was … different. O.o
Just another lesson from hunters - everything is a weapon. Improvise, adapt, overcome.
Pull out your bow and it shows. Not sure whats the default key, but when you do that it pops up and during combat with a bow I should pop up too.
You might wanna try disable cloak visibility too, but generally I dont have this issue.
Mine appears and disappears, usually when I change weapons to melee or put away my bow.
It doesn’t show when I fight as well, I had no issue with default quiever which gives you at lvl 1.
Maybe some quivers bugged or my weapon bugged not sure, thanks though
Had the same issue. Some quiver models don’t work with some bows. Some others bug out but if you un/re-equip the bow they show again.
It’s weird.
EDIT: Ribbly’s and the rhok delar quest one works with all endgame bows though, so dw about that.
