It isn’t. My runs always get updated within about 30 minutes of finishing them, and I don’t have a premium account. It is not necessary to queue the character for a refresh for this to happen.

It isn’t a thing. It’s someone not understanding how an addon works. Which we have explained repeatedly in the whole thread.
