Raiders looking for reliable guild

Good day

We are 4 reliable players that are looking for an equally reliable guild:

It has come to our attention that a lot of guilds are leaking players due to multiple reasons, which includes lack of management or a lack of drive from the players themselves.

What we want in a guild:
• A guild that is sociable and are built around having somewhat of a community - not just players that log for raids.
• Relaxed environment but high focus when it comes to boss pulls.
• Goal driven, a guild that wants to achieve stuff together.
• Maturity, but not the extent of being a graveyard, everyone likes having fun

What we can provide the guild:
• As close to 99% attendance as our real life provides us, we are all human and might miss a raid here and there
• Skilled players with variety of mythic experience - 2 of us being CE raiders, the other 2, more than capable of being a positive part of getting to CE.
• Players that are able to take constructive criticism, and will strive to do better every time.

Our roles:

We are primarly two healers and two dps
• MW Monk
• Resto Druid
• Rogue or Balance Druid
• Last guy can play anything (from the time I have known him he has played almost every role and every class at a very high level - he doesn’t mind just point him in a direction)

We unfortunately CAN’T raid on - Tuesday or Thursday - rest of the days we are open to

We are in no rush of finding a guild, although getting one before 8.2 would be great
