If we weren’t on opposite factions we should of teamed up to do it xD
What do you mean opposite factions? You’re a high elf, aren’t you?!
For the alliance!
the point is, 2-3 geared players (such as you) can easily ‘‘boost’’ lfr and make it seem so easy, while its designed for 325 heroic geared fresh 120s
xD
If gnomes could pally I would totally have one
I started the game in legion, and LFR was actually the first step up INTO raiding. I was very happy i could just queue for it instead of sign up or something. I didnt even know what a raid was or how it looked like. I even googled on it. Together with someone else from FailTrain-community i did my first wing.
Was same in BC, and in vanilla you had to grind out resist gears and so on. Just not as visible as in WOTLK.
If Sylvanas would be a raid boss, and she’d actually die, now that’d be a best case scenario.
We probably have to endure Sylvanas being redeemed by the Light or something like that. She sacrifices her life for N’zoth or something and then some fancy Naaru appears to lightforge her. But I’m digressing.
best scenario would be if jaina bought it. … don’t give a monkeys about sylvanas but jaina drives me insane. Someone get her, pleaaasseeeee
It’s there for casual players to enjoy a content they’ll never do on higher difficulty.
What is with wow community and the things they don’t personally want to use?
I DON’T USE RAID FINDER SO NO ONE SHOULD.
What’s so bad about a feature being in the game? Don’t like it? Don’t use it then.
Heh, some people talk about LFR as if they have any say whatsoever on its future. It’s going absolutely nowhere, folks, whether you like it or not.
If you’re the type of person that insists on incessantly calling for its removal, you’re a selfish idiot who shouldn’t be allowed to play with other people.
If you get something that you are after for doing a thing, how is it a waste of time?
It would be a waste of time if literally you got nothing out of it, or?
Hello,
As multiple others have mentioned here, the LFR is there for people that wish to experience the raid, in an easier mode. Reasons for that can be multiple (time constraints, lack of experience, scheduling issues etc). It can also be seen as a tool for gearing up a bit various alts that you may have recently levelled to max.
If you wish to experience more challenging content, you should be looking at the other raid difficulties!
Loool!
Sylvie ain’t going downtown in no raid, not yet, Blizz have plans for the dark layhdeh
You can dream about it, but I seriously doubt it’s gonna happen. Losing 3 war chiefs over what 4 xpacs? That’s some bad luck if it’s the case
Plus Blizz said no Garrosh treatment for her, iirc?
They were much more difficult in late Cata and MoP.
Trust me, you don’t want that. Actually progressing with 24 random players? Not again.
Raidfinder should be an entrance to raiding. It should get people prepared for Normal and upwards.
It should nott just be a sight-seeing tour of content. While specific mechanics should be dialled back, it shouldn’t just be a tank n spank that leaves LFR players absolutely out of their depth in Normal alone.
Why? Because you say so? Many people have no intention of raiding at anything beyond LFR, THAT is the target audience. Never mind it should not be this or that, it is this, and that. You don’t like it, don’t do it.
Raiding is a massive part of the game. There would be nothing wrong with making LFR actually relevant to proper raiding.
The actual raiding players have to deal with the dimwits coming up from LFR with no clue of tactics at all. Not because I say so.
A raid should be a raid. No matter if it’s LFR or Mythic. It doesn’t need to be Normal level of hard. It just doesn’t need to trivialize all mechanics.
I am not sure the sight-seeing audience is the targeted one. Especially the last bosses on the raids are pretty hurting
But I also remember fights like Coven sisters. And what about Zul in Uldir? I queued 2 times for that wing, and ended up 2 times at Zul immediately, so I haven’t seen the bosses before Zul in that wing on LFR. Zul was a LFR-killer?
That it has lower difficulty you got more people who can boost the whole group, making it possible that you will lose some players here or there. That does not mean it is a sight-seeing raid.
You already have proper raiding content in 3 other versions. I’m sure you can live without the fourth.
Don’t try to pin that on LFR. There are no tutorials, Proving Grounds are no longer a thing, etc. And there are just as many “dimwits” who raid competently, I’ve met plenty.
It is. 25 people team up to kill bosses, just like any other.
It is 25 people disregarding any kind of tactic, basically hitting a meatbag. I would not call it a raid, it is closer to a worldboss.
