Raiding (Fresh anniv server)

Hey everyone,
I’m really enjoying the new server, and plan to play into TBC on my current character.
I do however have a problem with raiding, or the rewards from raiding. Following the current schedule, there is very little time to get gear from raids. Is it not better to increase loot, or decrease raid lockout time? Feels like there is very little reward atm.
I understand that they can’t make a massive change to the game, but i think something needs to be done about it.
Your thoughts?

If you plan to go to tbc raiding gear isn’t that important you will change it for tbc prebises anyway with exclusion of like 1-2 items depending on your class.
Gear matters only for current classic and pvp

Majority will not be geared, only Druids will be

I disagree with you.
Loot, or the colour of it, affects enjoyment of the game. Just like the size of your bar on dps or healing meters.
Yes, tbc awaits and i will be changing gear in a year or so (lol?). That is the same with every expansion though ! Ah don’t need that p1 bis, because p2 is a few months away…
They want to keep gdkp away? Well, they need to do something about it.

There are hardcore guilds right there who clean up everything as fast as humanly possible. In between raids farm consumables and pvp honor. What the problem? With hardcore guild schedule if you are into it you will get your gear

So finally there is some challenge in Classic: By gear limitation. Sounds like a feature to me.

If people will want to raid naxx we will have 15-16 months vanilla part, if not then bit shorter, but still long for BWL gearing or even AQ40.

Right now people, mostly on PvP realm are melting over missing a reset or two of MC. FOMO is the main reason why they RMT and why the realms are overrun by bots hard. With such attitude it won’t end well and it’s not for Blizzard to normalize as bonus loot or other system.

What’s the hurry? Most of the server isnt even 60 yet - you got plenty of time before TBC comes in 2026.

Stop rushing - enjoy the ride instead.
