I’ve just been hit with a random ban for botting and third party software, about 5 minutes after a confirmation email that I’ve confirmed my account is due to close.
How do I raise a ticket on this?
I’m a bit stark as today was the first time in two weeks I’ve been able to login due to the holidays and I’ve just been met with this? Had a few to drink but I’m guessing my account has been compromised somehow.

You might have been hacked you should change your password and get Blizz authentication and scan your PC for keyloggers.
Much appreciated, I’ve raised a ticket. The only other person with access to my account is my father who’s used my main on a few character for dungeons, no one else, the account is linked to my work email so it’s all secure. Thought it was a scam for my ID at first but it’s legit?

I thought this got cleared up a while back, where people who moved around often, which is the case of myself as I play off a laptop and travel to various locations.

Yeah. My bud has been hit with the same, it’s a 6 month ban for third party botting not the week I initially thought it was.
Is this a banwave on bots and a few of us have been falsely caught?
I also got baned on the german forum for 1000 years!!! But thats another story 
Until you look at the email and links and see that they point nowhere to anything that looks close to a legit website.
If you get a mail that asks for ANY of your account information, it’s a scam. Blizzard knows every detail regarding your account and would never ask for details about it.

I mean this is literally using my account on his computer whilst in my presence? A few months back when he was making his first character. Is that a potential 6 month suspension?
Fine if so, a bit extreme but doesn’t explain my friends also recent ban for the same reason as my own.
Account sharing is forbidden that’s a fact you shouldnt have given your father your acc info that’s what got you actioned.
Well that seems all rather extreme, if that is indeed the reasoning for a 6 month ban. That doesn’t explain the reasoning being third party programmes and botting though.
Ok so it seems I am not the only one…
The same happend with my account one hour ago. Never used any cheats/bot/whatsever and now my account is suspended for 6 month and I have absolutely no idea why.
Do you run any additional programmes other than curse with WoW.
I have Steam, GOG Galaxy, Twitch, Discord and Firefox. Trying to see any common pattern.
