Maybe for you, but 15 hours of grinding is a considerable amount for people who have lives, jobs, friends or family. :slight_smile:

I have all of that. 15h is not more or less for anyone. 15h/week for classic wow is not much

tbh more than 10 hours a week in wow (any game) does effect your personal life unless you do nothing / have no family / no friends outside the game / health

15 hours of grinding for Honor. That is excluding the time you spend actually playing the game and doing what you enjoy.

Well if you love playing Alterac Valley then it wouldn’t count as grinding, in which case the discussion is irrelevnant as your rank does not matter.

The question was how long do you have to grind for, implying that they do not particularly wish to play 15+ hours of this

Or you know you don’t have to see your 300facebook friends everyday, or work 4 different jobs and take care of 7 kids.

I work 40h/week live together with my gf (no kids) and see my friends on the weekends. I’m easily getting 20h game time in that week if I wanted to.

I never said that 200k is bracket 10. 200k is more like bracket 7-8

10hours is monday to friday everyday from 20:00 to 22:00
Lets say 5 more hours each saturday and sunday and you easily got 20 hours. The issue is consistancy. There will be weeks were you got zero hours on weekends or no playtime a few days in a row. These will push your rank so far back that you need several weeks to recover. That is the reason why i am probably giving up ranking. I cant sustain it anymore without sacrificing my fitness, relationship, friends or sleep. I already sacrificed some of these for wow for quite a while and it starts becoming a problem.

Are you serious, 700k for bracket12 for alliance? What server are you on?

You did however say below, that’s why I thought you were talking about bracket10.

Mograine is insane for lower brackets, much, much more insane than other big horde servers. While Mograine has somewhat lower honor for top brackets, mid range brackets simply have way too much honor per week. :smiley:

For horde on any of the bigger servers, nope, it’s actually not. :slight_smile:

Alliance is completely different story though, if you are in good premade you can get into top brackets with that amount of played. :stuck_out_tongue:

Ah ok, yeah. I assume that ~200k is the absolute minimum for rank 10 given that you are willing to wait months to get there. Also given the fact that it starts to become a bit easier to reach rank 7-10 since alot of ppl starting to quit. I probably will quit ranking for now as well. Now rank 6 50% and i fesr i will just barely miss rank 8 with my current real life shedule, i will wait for and easier time to do it, probably around the war effort.

You actually cannot get rank10 at all if you are not at mid range of bracket10. :confused:

I partially agree. But 15h is a minimum. 15h a week for 3 months bring you from R0 to R8.

If you were e.g. farming something in a very chill way, 30gph, you’d gain 12 * 15 * 30=5400 gold. 5400 gold can be considered like a lot I’d say.
