Rares with long respawn times

I can make it more hard for you if want - 10million victory in Arathi basin!! So do you find reasonable?

Wait, you’re complaining that something with the name rare doesn’t spawn often?

That’s just the latest symptom of the players who want it all and want it now.

No, he’s complaining that something with the name rare which doesn’t spawn often drops a mount that has a low drop chance.

Oh right then, his complaint is valid, no wait, that’s wrong, it’s exactly the same. Invalid.

I think it’s valid tbh. This is an extremely unhealthy practice by Blizzard which should be stopped.

Being a collector isn’t a healthy thing, regardless.
It’s not an activity you’re forced to do, people are choosing to do it because they consider the reward worth while.

No. I understand what you’re trying to do, but comparing BG wins to a mount farm isn’t really an ideal comparison.
If I deemed it not worth while I wouldn’t do it. I wouldn’t do it and complain about it.

Rares not only should be rare but they also should have random spawn. People should not be allowed to farm something like this.

Sure, as long as the mount drop rate is 100%. Like TLPD.

If rare that have mount would spawn once per day at random hour and in random place? I would be excided about them having 100% drop chance! I would race to this star like I never did before!

Now I am just ignoring them~ Rare? Who cares

Yeah, that’s fine. Though they couldn’t have done this, because there is an achievement for killing all of Nazjatar/Mechagon rares. TLPD is not included in the Frostbitten achievement.

Rare means rare, rare does not mean common. Farming rare stuff from a rare mob means not many people have it and those that do put the effort in to get it. Far too many people have your attitude these days. That attidude? “Waaa, it’s too hard to get make it easy.”

Camping a rare is an effort. Camping a rare only to get disappointed because RNG didn’t favor you just sucks.

I camped Poundfist at the start of WoD, when he had between 3 days and a week respawn timer, so 100% random. If the mount he dropped wasn’t 100%, I would never have wasted my life for it.

Whole point is - farm should be reasonable and healthy.
Game is for enjoyment not frustration.

Many people saying rare should be rare…ya ya
Tell that to person who is farming love rocket since I don’t know when and he is above 2000 tries.
Read some wowhead comments bout droprates - tusk of manaroth isn’t dropping for some people with more than 1500 SoO clear.

I’m not saying that doesn’t happen but things should take effort to get, some take a lot of effort to get and the effort makes the reward a lot sweeter when you get it.

Not when the reward is a freaking recolor of a mount you get for 250 prismatic manapearls.

It doesn’t feel sweet. It just makes me happy to never see Nazjatar again.

Then don’t bother to farm for it.

Then why put it in the game? To torture people with super unhealthy and unfun gameplay in a video game?

To give people who want it something to do.

No it shouldn’t have to be reasonable at all.
When you decide to become a collector you’re setting yourself up for frustration and disappointment. It’s just part of the “life style”.

Sometimes you get unlucky.
I bet if you was to ask that guy if he would rather it become a vendor mount he would say no.

You speak as if ther’s not plenty to do in the game. I guess people would unsub if they don’t spend hours upon hours camping rares in a zone.
