Yesterday we got wiped by Razorgore just a few seconds after engaging the fight, for no reason that I can think of.
Usually he casts its arcane explosion when you kill him in P1 but that’s not what happened…
Is it a bug ?

Something probably caused Razorgore to evade for a short time. Someone standing in a bad spot or a rogue using vanish.
Edit: Was the AFK priest standing inside the instance, behind the gate when you pulled?
If you logged it you should be able to check the logs to see who Razorgore targeted before it happened.
Perhaps a reaction from Blizzard after all those “nerfing” threads?
If razorgore dies before all eggs are destroyed, he blows up the whole room.
Why that would happen to you, no idea.
This bug has existed since day 1 of BWL. Some theories are that the orb has its own hidden HP bar and it “dying” will cause Razorgore to explode. Another one is that Razorgore will explode when he’s evading.
Just make sure that the guy controlling the orb arent standing on any weird spots like on top of the orb or on braziers.
You controlled the Orb before the Controller was dead, this happened to us 2 times before figuring out. Now all ranged burst it down before controlling the orb.
