Re-rolling servers during onyxia buff

Can someone please explain to me why Blizzard thinks its a remotely useful decision to reset servers straight after onxyia buff causing many players to lose the buff?

I find this decision to demonstrate a complete disconnect between blizzard, the meta game play and the community.

Please for the love of christ, stop doing that - to re-roll and get back 10 minutes of DM buffs or songflower is not worth the loss of a two hour world buff that has far more impact.

Get your act together, and, perhaps invest in elastic cloud computing to cope with the pressure on the servers during peak times - you have a legitimate opportunity with Classic, TBC & WOTLK to rebuild your shattered brand. Invest, listen & deliver - if you continue with this complete train wreck you just demonstrate that you honestly dont care.

Thanks.

What do you want them to do? There are 40+ eu servers across several time zones, I don’t think there is a time where nobody will be unaffected.

Ideally, to make an intelligent decision - and invest in their infrastructure which cannot support their current player base.

Secondly, to not re-roll servers during this time which is frankly illogical.

Because there is no sweeter nectar to the eyes of us veterans, than the mindless tears of some wannabe-edgy minmaxers.

Uh… What?

Do you even know how the onyxia buff works? There isn’t a specific time it’s handed out. It’s whenever someone turns in the quest (assuming it isn’t on cooldown). If someone on some server decide to turn in right before the reset, then tough luck I guess.

I’m sure you too understand the unreasonable in demanding them to check every server for a possible onyxia buff and then delay the reset for two hours if there is one.
