I want to move a character on Era from a pvp to a pve server, but it isnt available in tthe shop anymore.
Anyone knows about this?

Yes, Blizzard disabled the ability to do paid character transfers in Era.
There are already other threads up about it, asking Blizzard to reconsider that decision.
