Rolled a paladin, curious as it seems to constantly get tampered with, how does reckoning currently work if I want to store charges?
wrong forums to discuss exploits
On horde: hey i play ally!!
Hope u got hacked or u lost in my eye
If you want to store charges you do it the same way you always did. You stack up charges on a mob/encounter without autoattacking, and then they’re kept until you unleash them or weapon swap, in which case they’re lost.
You can only store 4 charges now I think. It was nerfed due to rek bombs
It wasn’t nerfed, just the fifth hit is the auto that initiates the bomb. But yeah, 4 limit.
They broke it when bg’s arrived. Does it work as “intended” now?
I’m having to use a very convoluted way where I sit, then stand up as soon as mob is about to attack. They should just move it to working when crat when sitting.
That said, I think I’m gonna go deep ret with 3/5 or 4/5 in reckoning and use it as a means of generating extra swings for ret, as opposed to bombing and storing it.
It’s an exploit. They should disable it entirely, the reason it works is due to batching.
Proof it shouldn’t work when sitting:

Effects triggered from being critically hit: Many abilities and talents were changed in 2.3.0 to allow them to trigger from critical strikes that occurred while the player benefiting from them was sitting. These abilities once again do not trigger if the victim is sitting.
Until then keep exploiting: https://www.curseforge.com/wow/addons/autositcrit
I actually don’t get it. I’m not arguing reckoning should be procced by crits received via sitting, but how does that video prove anything? We don’t know if the priest is specced into martyrdom.
The priest in the video is specced into martyrdom, it procs at 0:37 (however this could still be 1/2 talents), the warrior however is specced into enrage, at the timestamp posted he does not get enrage, at 0:49 he does gain enrage.
