With all the new Shadowlands customizations available in the “barber” shop including the gender-change, it’s not really a barber anymore.
I love the customizations and that we can just change our character’s genders in SL, don’t get me wrong. It’s great!! But it feels kinda weird to do so in a barber shop.
It should be changed from barber shop to something more appropriate 
my local barber is only too happy to offer gender swaps.
To get one for free you just walk in, make sure he has his scissors in his hand and question his parentage.
You’ll be gender swapped before you know it.
Scissors can take a lot off, but i’m not sure how they can add the necessary parts

Those goblins should work for the Necrolords in Maldraxxus, their flesh bending skills would make them excellent abomination crafters.
The gender change potion it’s less traumatic, I guess.
