Refund for my monthly sub as I cannot play

Hi,
I am appalled at how you are not even acknowledging that there is an issue, we pay to access and play WoW Retail / Classic however we cannot do so. As I cannot play the game I am paying you £9.99 a month for I’d like a refund of this month’s sub.
Literally all the forum posts about this are being ignored and not a single blue post has been issued to us with an apology or eta on a fix. If I took this long in my role as DevSecOps engineer to reply to an issue like this I’d have lost my job… In case you guys cannot understand the issue it is something your end and all the posts from my fellow players and your customers show that!

Lol send this to some streamers of WoW ? They might take action then when they start to slate their services. This is absolutely unacceptable behavior, they should be apologising for the issues and providing hourly updates if not every 2-3 hours on what is happening.
We pay for their support within our monthly subs and so far I have not seen any…

Is it possible to sue them or get refunded when a bad service is brought to us?. We are paying a Fee for playing this game, not only the game itself, the monthly server fee also.
And it’s intorelable not getting a serious response from them.

I just wish they’d at least acknowledge THEY are having issues and we are doing xyz to resolve it. Sorry for any inconvenience. I’d be happy I just find it truly infuriating big companies like this can take our money and treat us like sh*t…

Yup, the feeling is we aren’t treated as customers. Just crazy people who is posting bad things about his game. (so Blizzard ignores us until they have solved the problem).

They won’t do that, because if THEY were having issues, then everyone would be having problems. Yet I’ve been able to log in without problems, play without any lag, and zero disconnects.

To my mind that says that while there may be an underlying issue preventing some groups of people from playing satisfactorily, they aren’t specifically “Blizzard issues”.

While i agree with the sentiment you’re delusional if you believe even for a second that bliz is going to give anyone a refund for anything

Blizzard isn’t just one singular server and database that if it goes down everyone starts having issues. There are shards! Also when the issue is all around the world and is affecting people who have no issue doing anything else, that does rise the question that yea maybe it’s not their ISPs.
You have been extremely lucky that you haven’t seen an issue that just affected you and had to convince Blizzard that it’s not your side and it’s theirs! It happens a lot. Just because not everyone experience your issue doesn’t mean it’s from your side you know… If my character gets stuck in wow, but others aren’t, does that mean that my client is bugged? Or just that the environment was perfect for me to get bugged! A bug doesn’t have to happen to every single person for a company to admit that they have that bug you know…
You should wireshark wow’s client to just see how many IPs you are randomly connecting to, due to load-balancing in a 1hour gameplay.
A lot of people lost their vessles, their m+ keys just because they didn’t know servers were unstable. A respectable act would’ve been to set up a warning until things were figured out or fixed “even” if this wasn’t on their side!

I’m sorry to hear that your enjoyment of our games was impacted, I can totally understand your frustrations when all you want to do is play.

There were some reported issues that appear to have since been resolved and we apologize for the inconvenience experienced last evening, I too had troubles to play as well.

Please do note these forums are not monitored 24/7 and due to the current World Events and due to that Support is working from home, there is no guarantee that these forums will always be covered.

Typically, if there is a known issue we will report such via our Twitter support handle, and often will release a Breaking News within the Battle.net app itself.
