And when I see a horned goat creature I see nothing but kindred of the demon who destroyed Dalaran.

Is this how you IC post on the forums?

Genocide? Slavery? As far as I read they didn’t wanted to genocide and enslave the orcs, just convert them. The orcs had right to resist, but if they didnt attacked 1st they wouldnt be attacked know, easy. Why? 1. AU Velen would live, 2. There would be no grudge towards the orcs as they somewhat tolerated each other.
But no, orc goes smash.

every day i wake up and thank archimonde for his act of public service

Factual and Holy Light pilled. The Dalarani are nothing but heathens by corrupted elvish vices and humanity would have been much better off without ever allying with that long eared menace. It’s been downhill ever since we learnt how to wield magic.

is that better

Where is IC in that? You just refuse to understand that if orcs werent attacking Draenei becouse some susupicious dude told them so (both realities) there would be no drama now. Draenei wanted to live in peace, peace was denied to them, and since many of them lived on Argus they just went full hate, the parchment from the npc drop refering to the orcs as noble allies can be just propaganda for the plebs or nice words to not insult orcs joining and those who could join. Nice words for the sake of being nice.
Also reminder → Shattrath, Gilneas, Theramore, Telldrassil.

Try to not attack first. Otherwise don’t cry.

Also, I will not be answering this particular topic anymore. Thread regarding warlocks and Man’ari yes. Too much Ereviens here who want The Light and Draenei to be bad at all costs and refuse to see other PoV which doesn’t fit their narrative, despite me willing to see theirs, desperatly need to be right and accusing me of IC while I’m trying to put things into context and understand simple Joe as I am supposed to in such things. I am just geting mad now. I simply refuse to talk with such people, sorry. If I insulted someone somehow, sorry, wasn’t meant to, I am just mad from this.

And now I know you do not even bother reading posts. And you are just throwing out catcha’s for easy upvotes.

So did your post just not have a point at all and are you now lashing out because you’re under pressure to come up with one because I asked what the relevance was or what?

…Oh it says catchas. Oops. Well I put too much effort into this joke to not post it now.

Take that advice from a true follower of the Holiest of Light.

I’m only just arriving here after 30+ new posts so it’s entirely possible that I’ve missed something here, but if anything wouldn’t having some variety on what draenei can be - either by showing them to be so strict in the Light that they don’t exercise foregiveness for extreme transgressions, or by showing that some of them are capable of losing faith and acting outside of what we typically know draenei for - be a generally better thing overall for roleplaying?

Part of what kept me away from draenei RP for years (other than the fact that some draenei players are overly-horny weirdos with an interest in farm animal biology) is the idea of having characters that all meet up, go “yep, Light good, peace good, see you next week”. That just never appealed to me personally, and while I can’t say that any of the draenei guilds on the server did that a few years ago, or do that now, that was the impression I got for the longest time.

Casual RP is fun, but it’s also fun to see moral quandries nearly tear a guild apart from an in-character perspective - how far can one character’s strict adherence to faith or utter denouncement of it can stretch a friendship before it breaks?

I dunno, those Broken we found on Argus turned out to be pretty okay. Just salty at Velen for leaving them behind but atleast they seemed friendly enough.

Not to mention the Kurenai on Outland who also had no Velen to guide them.

And uhh, what did the Sha’tari do wrong? Pretty sure they were still on the good side too.

As for Lightforged, what did they do? During Legion it was only Xe’ra herself that was sus, but I dont know if they did something during BfA?

I failed a captcha several times in a row today to the point I had to stream it to friends as proof
