Just fyi, prepatch will remove corruption. We don’t know how long prepatch will last, but for those of us who HATE corruption, this is a blessing. We may actually get to have some good pvp for a month or two.
The scourge event isn’t starting in 2 weeks, it will start once Blizz knows when they’ll actually release Sl.

Also we still have flashpoint in prepatch so…yeeeeeah.
Do not forget that due to this removal essences and azerite will be buffed, world content nerfed.
As a lock who much prefers Demo and Aff, sadly chaos bolt spam is staying with us. 
There’s a talent that basically grants us perma chaos bolt spam for the duration of Infernal, on top of a ton of Infernals, and during that period CB ranges for me on the PTR from 1.4 secs to 2.2secs. Default being 2.5 secs.
2.2 seconds is still like 300% longer than what it’s like atm, right now chaos bolts fire off faster than the global cooldown

2.2 was the high end, GCD is 1.5, a good chunk of that 30 seconds it was 1.4 second cast time. And all my gear is mastery stacked not haste, with only one Overwhelming Power.
Not as fast but chaos bolts are going nowhere, there will be no Destro tears.

Havent you played or saw any vids from ptr? Class balance is non existent here, trinkets doing 70% hp, MM hunters throwing one shots here and there and so on… Yea coruption is… well coruption, but there wont be “good balanced pvp for month”
Yeah, it is what it is, but at least you’re not dying to random procs and being oneshotted by tentacles you can’t possible reach.
Yea now u will die to on use trinkets, and remember, essences are staying in pre patch so it will also do tons of dmg

Yeah. But dying quick is fine. Dying to mobile-tier autocombat in the form of corruptions is another beast.

The funny thing is that i am using a weak aura for the things from beyond that marks them with a JPEG, the one i use is a the Ion Sylvanas picture XD, its annoying and hilarious at the same time.
