Reminder to be friendly when logging in, am I the only one?

So when I opened my WoW client on Sunday, a message box appeared with lots of text about keeping the community nice, being a friendly player etc. I had to either accept the message to enter the game, or reject it to close the game.

Did anyone else get this recently? Is this some kind of warning flagged on my account specifically? I don’t think I’ve been naughty, so that sounds strange to me.
