Titanforging and Mythic Plus

Right, Genuine question i can’t seem to find an answer to, be it from me simply being bad at researching and so on. But, with Titanforging being removed in 8.3 and hopefully for the future in terms of Shadowlands aswell. I do have some things im concerned about. Hopefully someone here can give me their thoughts/answers to it. How is Mythic Plus Loot going to work with titanforging being gone, if its static values in terms of pure ilvl, say 430 from highest M+ (10 in this case as of right now) …
