Never have I seen a justified kick. I always vote no but people get kicked from dungeon finder groups anyway, for no reason whatsoever. I have been playing this game for almost ten years.
In case of a dc people can be removed automatically. I see people getting kicked within 5 seconds of a dc, no chance to get back online before.
If people are abusive there is a report function.
I do not care about other opinions. People are not equal.

No. Because there are situations were kicking is needed. Unless you want people to be able to troll by ruining your runs and other stuff on purpose, or someone that just is obnoxious.
Unfair kicks suck but it would be worse without it, same with the deserter debuff

Only kicking i have seen/met was in Korrak Revenge when i and others were reporting leeching afking people.
And IN ALLIANCE in lvling dugeon like once .
And who would do anything with votekick at 120 lvl is unknown to me.
Alliance is filled with trolls.
Happens all the time in islands, yet nobody wants to kick the toxic person thats bassicly idling on the boat complaining about everything

I’ve seen many justified and many unjustified kicks.
As for those being kicked for disconnecting, I rarely see it happen unless the person has been offline for 30 seconds or more, I’ve generally seen people actually be more patient with those that disconnect especially if there is no drama in the group.

From all the dungeon runs I’ve done, I haven’t seen many kicks and the kicks that did occur were 99% justified.

Players like you need to be either banned or have the ablity to vote/kick removed from your account.
Some people que for 20mins then if you kick them a 30 min debuff thats nearly a hour wasted for them due to your selfish ego fun. You should be ashamed of yourself.
