seen plenty of kicks, the vast majority were justified. A few unjustified but abut 95% completely deserving of it. Removing it would result in a far worse player base than what we have now

Funny, I have the opposite experience. In many of the random dungeons I do (ESPECIALLY timewalking) I see a lot of baddies who deserves a kick, but are not kicked (even though I try to initiate it).

It makes sense though, given what we’re seeing of their ability to communicate and how higher difficulties involve that degree of communication. We all have our limiting factors, be it motor skills, awareness, here it’s ability to communicate coherently.

Then you have been lucky because i have been in groups that have had people that should not be even allowed to be in public places judging how they have acted and said to other people.
Over the years i have played there has been countless occasions that kicking from the group is the least thing that’s a “punishment” for the people who have no manners at all.
Yea its real fun report a complete moron that is a waste of air they breathe and act worse than a virus or bacteria and then continue playing with them because kicking idiots who have no human decency at all is rude to douchebags…
I agree on thing that kicking people from groups with no reason is stupid but lots of times kicking them out is justified. Who on earth wants to play through dungeons with people who act like complete douchbag trolls or in BG’s with people who do nothing but whine and moan and go AFK because they don’t want to actually play and are there only to satisfy their own wow addiction.
I think the kick tool works fine for LFG.
I’ve been kick out (a few times because nobody wants to wait another 30 minutes for a tank) and I’ve kick people in the past.
Usually I use the kick function when I have an extremely obnoxious individual in the group.
Sure, there are some that abuse it for no reason but every good tool can be use in the wrong way.
