why are you blaming Blizzard for something that other players of the game did? blame the community lmfao
blizzard has put the system in place so people can’t int and BEG to be kicked so they don’t get a deserter buff not because they want to screw you in particular over
the issues of the game 99% of the time come down to the community and has nothing to do with the beautiful amazing game we have

So group decided that you did something they deemed wrong
they are 4 you are one
They voted you out.
Simple as that
you can’t get better system then this

Only thing you can do is just swallow it and que another dungeon after 30 minutes.
is it fair? no
is life fair ? no

Yes, Blizzard made the system after much feedback from the playerbase that something had to be done about leavers or hostage takers in the far flung past.

Not the game*, the party decided to use this system to kick you for “zero reason”. Which is allowed.

So we come to the conclusion that Blizzard implemented it and the community used it.

Because you then feel powerless against a system that you don’t understand, was used against you; you then decide to last out at entirely unrelated people at the forum.

I had pity because I really hate when systems like this are abused just to mess with pugs, but my sympathy went out the window when he started lashing out.

And now we all know you were not kicked for no reason by the people in that dungeon

Hello all. I have a surgestion let’s add a thing like dash cams but ingame and if you get kicked for no reason the ones who abused kicking you gets punished.

No what probably happened is a group of 4 kicked this guy out so they could re-queue without deserters and spam the first boss for the gear they’re farming.

The system is stupid and players abuse it.

Technically they do this in other games like Final Fantasy, if you kick too many times and get reported too many times they may investigate.

However, Blizzard does not want to include such a policy in their games. As of now it is “when the majority succesfully votekicks for any or no reason, it is allowed and not reportable.”

Final Fantasy 14 has staff that actually participates in reports and will come to check if you’re all right and if they need more information. I will hand it to the staff there despite my disdain for the community, the staff genuinely care.

I hope that they change it. As it’s kinda like how it’s in Warcraft 3. In there you can say anything you wana and you won’t get punished.

Didn’t there used to be a timer so you could only kick so many times during a given time?

Well if your damage was like my autoattack then I would kick you out of the group either, I kick low dpsers from heroics very often and enjoying myself by that because others usually accept it without thinking.

There is an unspecified cooldown if you kick too often.

whats the point when m+ is coming soon just reach the ilvl walk that. It resets daily and can be spamed.

There are hundreds of posts about this matter because it’s been an issue for years, as if getting kicked wasn’t enough, Blizzard then comes and spits in your face with another penalty.

Was it unfair? “We don’t care  we let players decide” BUT DON’T YOU DARE TALKING ABOUT GENDER UWU UWU UWU let’s include black females, one-eyed and wheelchairs but we don’t care if you’re getting literally abused in-game.

Ive seen people get kicked because somebody did not liek their tmog.

Not all is what it seems.

Although ive had more than a few instances were i was ssudenly presented with the loadign screen and thought i was kicked when i was doing everything right in the dungeon. WTH you kick me for what my thought.

It could have been the game. More than a few times ive been kciked in the last few days for no apparent reason.

Sorry to hear what happened because there are no consequences for troll idiots who like to kick those because they find it funny with their friends nothing will change it , it’s been really bad atm I got kicked a couple times throughout the day again one silly example was a mage cast slow fall on me when was running through webs in one of the dungs can’t remember name but I glided off because of it and died I said nothing but he did it to tank and he died so I whispered tank that mage did it to me so he didn’t feel stupid. Then at end of dung we queued again and mage said something along the lines of u got a problem but u wanna queue more? That’s the filtered version and I just said shut up got into next dung and they immediately kicked me so I got debuff and another instance I posted on here check my post out it’s really not fair and i hate how players get away with It

You can and should blame the system, alongside with the % of the community composed by trolls, ecc ecc.

But mainly the system, because that’s the only reason the trolls can have an impact on others.

Having a daily CD on initiated kicks per account would mitigate the damage those unpleasant individuals can do.

To say it all, Blizzard gave too much power to trolls, Karens and Kevins.

Damn this all sounds pure :poop:

Some players are just trying to log on and have a little fun but are met by people that can’t leave their baggage at the log in screen and play like a sensible well rounded human being.

Seems this system is pretty easy to abuse and all the toxic kiddies know it.

Having no form of built in safe guards to stop these types of players kicking for silly/ non existent reasons is a little mental.

A limit to the amount of kicks - like mentioned above - that can be initiated in one day by an account might help, the people over using kicks in every dungeon would burn through them quickly
