Repeated Error Code: WOW51900319

i switched everything off from win defender but nothing about me from win :frowning:

same WOW51900319 disconnects with me. often happening, Iā€™m bored so much. any idea how fix?

Same issue for me after upgrading to macos 15.0.1

Same problem as so many people above. MacBook Pro M3 Max 15.01.
Is there a solution for this issue?

Blizzard please?

Waiting for Apple to fix whatever they did that created some incompatible mess with Third Party security software. That, or just disabling said software in the meanwhile.

Just updated to macOS 15.0.1 (24A348), and now I regret it. I get the same issue as everyone here. Disconnects a couple of times per hour, hard to do M+ and raids this wayā€¦ not sure if this is something Blizzard can fix or Apple?

Had a week off from WOW and came back on last night to the above error! It will not let me on to my L80 TWW character, but it lets me into to my L70
When i try to enter my L80 the loading screen is frozen and then kicks me out with the error!
What the hell is going on and are BLIZZARD aware of this and what are they going to do about it!

So I have had this issue since Panda patch 10.2.7
Random disconnects with no pattern. Could be in the middle of a fight (thank god Im a healer so then im not missed  ), flying, standing still in the middle of knowhere.
So I get the Wow51900319 and usually I can reconnect but sometimes I get the BLZ51901016 and then I need to continue to try to connect a couple of more times until it lets me in.

I have been in contact with Blizzard but I only get a link to their standard answer and ā€œit is nothing we can doā€ . So what have I done so far?

  1. Updated firmware (network card, router etc) and Windows 11
  2. Repaired a Wow a couple of times. Fully reinstalled Wow
  3. Renewed IP, flushed dns and winsock
  4. Restarted my routers, bought a new switch just in case
  5. Renamned the temp folders numerous times
  6. Uninstalled all addons
  7. Reinstalled one addon at the time to see changes
  8. Tested with VPN (against at least 5 new countries)
  9. Used my phone as hotspot (5G)
  10. Changed in game graphic, download speed, ipv6 and all other tips
  11. Talked to my ISP regarding Wow (This is one of the most secure ISP in Sweden)
  12. Updated Battle net client (tried it shut down or on)
  13. Tried different characters

Fiber 1 GB from Bahnhof - Sweden
No other online games is affected
Two kids playing also (Warzone, CS, Fortnite, Fifa etc) with no lag or disconnects

Nothing have improved it and yes Im getting really sick of it and will probably disconnect my account because this is on server side and nothing is being done to handle it.

Do you have any third-party security software installed? As at least my issues were not really related to WoW, even though it was by far the most visible there (perhaps really sensitive connectionsā€¦), but were related to some network-inspection of Falcon (combined with MacOS being flakey).

No third party.
Have tried with running it with FW and AV off but no difference.
Usually shutting down all unnecessary and im even running discord through my phone on 5G just to avoid flukes in network.

Update:
Created a new toon in a completely different realm. Didnt help. 15 min in to the game in a fight it disconnected with Wow51900319. Cant see any other reason then that this is something on server side on account level. Blizzard pretty please fix this now.

:worried:

Any mac users that has updated to macOS 15.1 and know whether it solved the issues?

I have (just) updated to 15.1, and so far the issues seem to have disappeared (with security software re-enabled) but I havenā€™t been online that much yet.

Edit: itā€™s been a couple of days - no disconnects anymore. MacOS 15.1 seems to contain the solution.

Exactly the same issues here. Three times my HC characters died now because of this - highest one was 57 rogueā€¦

Yep!
I updated and played for many hours yesterday and didnā€™t get a single disconeect. Great news, macOS 15.1 seem to have solved the issue.
