Reply to support ticket

Hi,

I have recently submitted a ticket that has taken over 3 days for a reply, which i understand and expected. I have received a reply from that ticket with more info needed. I have submitted the extra info needed. My question is, does it take another 3 days for a response? or now the ticket has been opened, does it stay at the top of the waiting list?

It’ll probably take the same amount of time. And 3 days is good, most people are waiting between 7 and 10 days.

I waited 15 days. I hate the response time lately.

I wonder if they filter tickets for urgency or it’s just random.

They do filter by urgency in some way at least, so they make sure ingame problems (stuck players e.g.) are solved first.

I am not sure how they prioritize web tickets, since it probably requires to read them through and categorize them.
