You can’t falsely report a multiboxer as you can’t know it for sure that if he use any program or not. False report sanctions are there for those who report for spamming or language or something and they can clearly see its not the case. I already reported some of them, and guess what I still didn’t got anything for it.

Except there was no cheats involved seeing as it was allowed back then.
You should really learn what defines cheating. Doing something that was previously allowed (and then stopping when it’s not) is not cheating.

Is he saying “ban all multiboxers” meaning anyone who has more than one acc OR all multiboxers who use 3rd party software? Because ya know… there is a big difference and from what I’ve seen people use the word multiboxer to describe a person whos multiboxing using 3rd party soft.
