This sounds to me like when the Feralas boss was kited into Orgrimmar or something. Isn’t this forbidden by Blizzard’s rules? Same should apply when kiting other NPCs (esp. when in the intent of harm). But, on the other side, kiting civilian NPCs is not the same as killing NPCs at the DMF after being summoned.
What is the exact payout? They will loose honor points too. Or is is about YT clicks?

No, you are the troll! If he’s on a PVE realm, he clearly sees if someone in his group is explicitely PVP flagged and engaged in a battle. And when it comes to a summoning, he will not automatically be PVP flagged, this is something he has to do for himself or if he engages too. So he is not the innocent lamb you would like him to be seen!

Dhks can stay in a different way. They may appear in the honor stats but they must not affect the ranking progress. There is no need for that. But better is to remove them entirly from the game. Even real life miliary is killing civilians without losing real life military ranks. WoW is the only world that punishes killing of civilians.

The people who did this got suspensions for doing so. Apparently there is a even worse one now. People are spending 20-30 euros on gold to buy multiple 100g purchases to players they want banned. You receive 100g 10-14 times in the mail and you are banned and you have no way of defending yourself. Blizzard mishandling the game with a hands-off approach.

Apparently they all got their bans revoked for some reason. The whole printscreening your pvp panel with the DHK they caused and harassing you on discord thing is also still going on. Blizzard doesn’t care at all that this system turned into bullies and griefers heaven, because not enough players get affected by it.
Blizzard should leave those pvp decisions in the hand of the players.
Just make anyone actually delivering damage to a civilian npc attackable for 7 days by their own faction and make the debuff stackable.
Playerbase can handle this on their own way better than B.

Agreed, though, having to do 1.2 mil extra honor, and 3 extra weeks, because you joined the wrong group, is quite gueling.
