Damn, I’ve seen the guy’s long posts a couple of times, seemed pretty dedicated. Shame he’s gone. RIP.
Never knew him personally but saw his posts/comments from time to time and certainly seemed he was a large character within the community for a long time, God rest his soul and thoughts go out to his family, those who tried to disrespect this thread are pathetic and not worthy of responding to, the lowest of the low vile creatures, for those who paid respect however thats nice to see, he will clearly be missed by many, RIP Brigante.
Rest in peace!
Rest in peace Brigante!
You know why they troll, they can’t accept that people care about someone when no one cares about them.
What makes me smile is people like Brigante will be remembered.
People who’ve been trolling here sadly won’t and I believe that’s why they troll, because they’re easily forgotten.
What is that saying? “misery loves company”.
What makes me smile also is knowing what Brigante response would be to the trolls
Him often had da good replies even if ya be de troll.
Just … go away please. I’m disgusted that people think it ‘fun’ to mess up a thread like this. It isn’t. It’s childish and inappropriate.
Maybe think of other people for once. There are real people behind the portraits/posters here, people who are upset and grieving at the sudden loss of a friend. Your spam doesn’t help them.
I mean if you think that’s a good thing no wonder you’re trying to bring everyone down to your level.
i am not sure if this is appropriate, depends on the cultures around the world.
But i wrote a poem for Brigante’s character, as im sure Brigante would have loved it. here it goes:
He walked in the woods with his long half braided hair.
He flew the dragonhawks in the Eversong air.
He was one of the best dragonhawk rider,
and one of the most friendly farstrider.
He wore his farstider tattoos loud and proud.
He was unique amongst the Sindorei crowd.
He would often write long literature,
and had a wonderful signature.
The eternal sun guided him through the woods,
and there he often stood.
The sight seemed peaceful,
and the woods looked graceful.
Shorel’aran he said,
as he flew his dragonhawk into the sky ahead.
Lets all take note at the shocking moderation that allows the “internet tough guy” to still post. 2 DAYS after he started, yet I would get an immediate ban if I used the f word with an automated email telling me to be mindful of other posters.
That is how much Blizzard values their community.
Just stop bumping the thread, then the little free wheeling turd will just have an echo chamber to keep it company.
Or put it on ignore, same result for the PoS.
Thinking of Brigante with a big smile & a tear in his eye reading this forum
This is just a reminder that the memorial for Dudge’s send off will be this saturday at 20:00 Realm Time Standard.
We will be meeting in the Isle of Quel’danas inn which is accessible via the portal in Shattrath.
We will be giving chances for people to say anything they wish to on the day and if you’d like us to read it out for you please let us know in advance.
We will be ending the night with a united Dragonhawk fly off in Pandaria with fireworks. If you can help supply extra fireworks we’d appreciate it.
Also a reminder this will be streamed for those who can’t make it in person.
My condolences to the family and friends.
Peace.
People are still paying their respects here not “bumping the thread”.
The thread had gone quiet for 3 hrs and was bumped by someone not paying respects, but responding to the PoS as was so accurately stated.
It’s just adding to the idiots false sense of self importance.
By all means continue to pay respects, but just ignore the one poster who is probably enjoying the sick attention.
I presume streaming details will be available closer to the time.
Yes, we’ll have the details put up either on the friday or saturday very early hours.
I’m afraid I’ll be away that Saturday evening; however I did do my own small tribute to Brigante on my own Blood Elf Hunter, walking from Quel’Danas to the Shrine of Dath’Remar and kneeling.
For me, the Shrine of Dath’Remar symbolizes exactly how the Sin’dorei fanbase would see Brigante. Somebody to look up to. Not afraid to speak out.
I bet he’d be so chuffed and embaressed at all these people paying him respects, and then tell us a long tale about the origins of funerary rites of some such.
I always got him to tell the “pink was originally a male colour” story. That was my favourite.
