Sorry to hear this news. I clashed with him a few times and I think we then both put each other on ignore and did not speak to or interact with each other over the past two years.

That said he struck me as a decent person overall and someone who had intelligence and wit to debate things and educate people on subject matters where needed and some of the posts I have read by him were informative and funny and well constructed he’s left a huge legacy on here too even if he got on some peoples nerves even so at the end of the day I did come to respect and admire the guy and his honesty a lot. RIP Brigante, you were a rare breed.

It was a lovely gathering/memorial for Brigante. Thanks to the organizers and everyone that came.

I wish I gave a longer speech, but stage fright got the better of me. At least I said one sentence. It was lovely hearing all the speeches, especially from people who met Brigante IRL.

Beautiful event. Nice to see so many people gathered for Briggy. Just shows how much he ment to the community!

I was really happy to be there, even if I couldn’t understand those with Ally mains (didn’t have time to grab Elixir).

Also, I’ve never seen so many hawks on the sky in one place as here. Brig would be proud at all of us. :dragon_face::dragon_face:

I got somewhat caught off-guard. I thought the event would be in-character, and had written my speech with that in mind. Felt a bit silly sitting there with my notes when I didn’t end up using them and could only stammer out a few sentences about late-night nonsense ramblings. Something wrong with my eyes this evening anyway, was harder to read what with everything being a bit blurry.
