Hi, I would like to restore my level 20 character in chaos bolt, but I can’t due to the lock, comes up as an error. How do I get around this?
Do you mean a faction lock or character creation lock for new accounts?
A new character lock, I have no other characters on that server
I can see why that is a problem, if you want to restore a toon there and then move through free character transfer.
Is it possible to move a deleted character?
The toon must be selected while in the character’s realm list, so no it first has to be undeleted.
So how do I undelete him at the moment? Won’t let me!
I’m not sure if it’s intended or not but I asked to get it checked, you may get an answer back at mondays.
Edit: How it works on previously locked realms is if you don’t have a toon there, you can’t restore or create a toon either which is intended. The question is if the same limitation should also be true for the current situation of a realm closure.
