Whenever I try to open a seperate classic wow it sends me to the US version? How can I log in to another EU version with a seperate blizzard account and without having to log myself out of the battle.net app?
You don’t need a separate battle.net account, you can log in with up to 8 active Warcraft Classic accounts on one battle.net account at once.

What was the point of your post even? Curious as it had nothing to do with what I asked.
AFAIK your region is determined by portal CVar. Open _classic_\WTF\Config.wtf and check it, it should look like
SET portal "EU"

the way i do it is to open up the BNET launcher (make sure in settings its set to Englsih (UK) and EU. Then above the play button, make sure its set to EU Classic and click play to run Bnet Account 1. Whilst thats running Alt&tab to bnet launcher, click play again, but quickly click cancel when it gets to the loading screen, then enter the second Bnet account name and password and play on account 2
There is an option to allow multiple instances of the launcher.
