I played bfa some, still think it’s pretty crap expansion.

I don’t bash on retail, but you are wrong, I’ve not been playing retail at all.
That’s like saying that people are hypocrites for having a smartphone when we used to have a crappy phone. You make due with what you’ve got, until something better comes along.
For 14 years it’s been impossible to play Vanilla. So we played the inferior version, until Classic came out. Nothing hypocritical about that.
i was doing emissaries and island expeditions once a week so no, i wasn’t playing, i was just fooling myself that i was playing an mmo.
