Rets not getting in ulduar

Hey I had troubles getting in ulduar with my 4.3k gs ret, they told me that they want a dps class but I know rets are not in par with other dps so can we get buffed now please

I was in a 25m Ulduar pug yesterday, and we had couple ret paladins, ~4.2-4.3k gs.

They did very well indeed, in dps charts they managed to outdps most of the tanks, sitting at comfortable 3-3.5k dps. Sadly prot paladin was constantly out-dps’ing them :frowning: The battle between them and tanks were intense indeed! :slight_smile:

Would you look at that, someone doesn’t like being a buff bot.
Not everyone is there to dps but can still play a role.
Suck it up.

Maybe try find the guild? There is plenty of them recruiting… We have in our roster 2 rets, no one cares about them, because we are not pug, we are running as group of civilized people.

Uhm… the BiS lists for Retris is a joke.
Taking tier pieces is a waste. If you go full non tier you actually get 250-300 more dps.

At this point in time there has to be something very wrong with our toolkit.

There are 2 simple solutions to this:

  1. Adjust the spec toolkit.
    OR
  2. Change the tier bonuses for them to be actually viable.

I play a fury warrior… I am struggling a bit but I can accept that my class/spec will shine in a later phase… why no ret pally can accept the same?

I can’t play BM hunter and doing HM.
Forced to play MM minimum but if you are looking for a top world guild you are forced to play SV.

No, no, no, you see, BM gets their time to shine at the end of the expansion!

Oh wait, no, they will suck hard with no improvent in sight. They don’t even bring a buff, debuff or any sense of utility.

Yeah exactly, there is nothing for BM hunter on wotlk until Cataclysm.
They don’t even appears on Tier list WoWhead for Ulduar LOL

Oh lol, you’re right. They’re not even on the tier list anymore, below the D-ranks even! HaHa, at least Paladins got the ‘honorable’ mentions.

Ahaha, well it was coming when devs called it a ‘traditional pvp spec’ so they weren’t going to do anything even when they weren’t brought along anymore.

It’s so bad they don’t even bother putting it on the phase 2 list.

Yeah, but they DID nerf the gargoyle eventually! So i’m still wondering what their new excuse is to just stand on the sideline here.

HAHAH thats what you get for playing on “mega” realms , we have ret´s in our raids and no issues with their dps … i know its hard using LoLstorm / crusader strike and art of war on cool downs with the right seal :wink:
