I recently wanted to go back to some expansions (on newly lvled alt) and when I came to Shadowlands, did initial campaign, chose my covenant (and completed it’s campaign), I didn’t get to pick up “Return Lost Souls” quest. Because of that i can’t lvl my sanctum upgrades.
Anyone have any idea why it doesn’t pop up for me?
I just checked with one of mine, and the Weekly is available. I recall reading that this quest was disrupted at some point in prepatch, but it works fine for me now.
Which Covenant?
Go to the Wowhead page for the quest for your Covenant and use the quest checkers to confirm that you have done all the quests before it in the chain. You might have missed one, since they are not all related.
So for example, the Ardenweald one is
and you can look at the preceding quests and use the commands on each page, like
/run print(C_QuestLog.IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(62899))
to confirm that each has been ticked off.
