Returning player, unable to sub 403 Forbidden

not sure if im posting this in the correct place. Ive just tried to resub and i keep getting the page time out “403 Forbidden” no idea why this is happening. Ive tried it across a few networks, my wifi and my phone ( on 5g ) any idea what is causing this?

I have the same issue. Wanted to resub, tried multiple browsers but keep getting 403 Forbidden.

Getting 403 - Forbidden error when trying to purchase any subscription plan. multiple browsers, different internet connections. different devices.
Same error on the mobile app.
BattleNet app shows error BLZBNTBNA000007D0

I saw the same issue on US back in June, but no thread on this topic on the EU forums.

Today i have the same problem. Cant complete pay and buy subscription. But all others items can buy easily…

yeah… they had the same problem on 9th of June on the US servers and eventually fixed it. but i couldn’t find any open topics on this issue on EU, hence why i started a separate thread. at least this way we can raise more visibility so they can get working on a solution :slight_smile:

Same problem here. Tried multiple PC and Mac, cellular or WiFi, even remotely connected to a device at work just to try. Same.
