Revival Catalyst [BUG] No 2:e/3rd Charges on alts

On the reset i logged my main, grabbed all the weekly quest inc. Revival Catalyst (Quest NPC) standing infront of the Vault, i completed the quest, went and used my 2:e Catalyst charge.

Than i relogged my alt to its 2:e charge, flew stright to the Catalyst to finaly get my 4set.
Once i reach the Catalyst, i notice the number 1 is red and i try put my item in the machine and the button is grayed out and says: Not enough Catalyst Charges.

Than i went on my 2 insignificant alts to check if there is a charge. Both alts had 1 charge each, even wasted a charge on some primalist gear to see if thay had 1 or 2 charges and there was only 1 charge from 1st week.

So it seems like after finishing this quest on my main on Wednesday (reset day), non of my other characters on my account got the credit for the Revival Catalyst “account-wide” quest,
only my main, that i did the quest on, got the weekly charge.

If this wasnt a weekly quest/charge, i could have lived without bothering making a forum post about it, but there is no guarantees my alt will get a charge next reset either.
That would be 2 weeks without getting something thats gated behind a weekly reset, trading post has is on a month’s rotation but the catalyst is weekly.

Tried all sort of things, like disable all my addons, rested my interface, etc. nothing worked, even tried to click the grayed out button in frustration a couple of times :wink:

I also made a ticket, wich have more than 5 days response time and that will be way past the next reset and it will be too late by then.
Im not sure wich is more offputing, the fact there is no Blizzard responce to “maybe to few’s peoples problem” or the fact that i dont feel like playing my alt that i was looking forward to finaly get my 4set on.
I might be a bit childish, but i do play a computer game, so i guess im a big kid getting upset about this ;).

PS. My wife had no problems with her Revival Catalyst charges, but she completed the quest on Friday evening, but instead she can not loot the trading post even after she got the bar to 100%.
DS. Wish our problems was reversed, who cares about the trading post anyway :stuck_out_tongue:

Yeah, completed the quest on my warrior and didn’t get a single charge on him. Nice Blizzard. This is the 2nd week where it bugs out. FIX FFS

For the second week in a row, my main hasnt recieved a charge. I completed the quest on the main. Some Alts did not have a charge last week (and hadnt spend one as well), but they did have one this week.

This is not the visual bug, when I place an item the convert button is grayed out and cannot be pressed.

Im starting to get behind now on my main and on 2 of my alts which I use regurlarly. A blue response would be nice…

I had the same problem as Wildstorm , Completed the quest on my main and did not have a charge , tryed to upgrade it but its says (not enough catalyst charges).

I still cannot upgrade my chest after the fix…

There was no fix, or any mention about there beeing a problem with there Revival Catalyst account wide system.

Vestment of the Raging Tempests and Drakebreaker’s Vestment should now be eligible for the Revival Catalyst when fully upgraded.

Do you have charges or the item itself not showing up in the console?

I have charges but the actual item isn’t showing up on the console.

So today i tried to experiment with this, I took the quest on my Warrior did world boss on my main-druid, warrior and 2 other alts, logged back to my main to get the remaining 20%, completed the quest on my main-druid handed it in, and NO charges. all 3 alts got there 3rd charge tough, progress!?
Ps. still missing 2:e charge from week 2 on the alts, and now missing 3rd charge on main week 3.
Cant wait too see what will happen next week…

Can we please get a blue response acknowledging this problem/bug?

Its starting to get annoying to be ignored here and also the ingame ticket I made is just getting some bot-responses.

Yeah could we please get an update on this Blizzard ?
its rather anoying that we cant upgrade our pieces to tier for alts

Finaly after 6 days and 1 automated responce and 1 responce teaching me how to use the Catalyst, i somewhat got a decent Ticket responce.

I’ve been reading your tickets about not getting Revival Catalyst Charges. I’m sorry to hear you’re still having this issue

Looking into this further for you I can see that we’ve had multiple reports of this happening. The developers are working on a fix for this, and for updates it’s best to keep an eye on the official site for patch and hot fix notes

Sadly the GM team aren’t able to manually add charges or upgrade items

Thx for the update. My tickets still shows an estimated wait time of almost 4 days (made it last wednesday), but I will probably get the same response.

That said, an average wait time of 1 week is somewhat ridiculous. If I did that in my line of work, I would be out of a job.

Experiencing the same issue but with a different twist, i have completed the quest with my alt and have not received a catalyst token, switched to my main and saw the quest is avaliable to pick up again. It already takes too long to complete and its been 2 weeks since i have not received any tokens on my alts
