This is so frustrating and has been happening for months. Hopefully somebody has a fix for it?
I cannot hold down my right mouse button (the one that I actually use to turn my character) as for some reason the game keeps flickering and treating it as if I am not pressing the button down any more.
Anybody else have this issue/know what causes it?
Step one; disable all addons and see if its an addon.
Do you use a Logitech mouse by any chance?I had a similar issue and had to replace my mouse because they have a batch of mice in which static effects the button mechanism. You can temporarily fix it by unplugging holding the mouse button down for 20 seconds then do long 5 second presses 10 times to get all the static out it does work for a while. If it’s not that as others said try disabling add-ons to see if you still encounter it.
Other than that you may have some software that is conflicting go task manager and close all third party programs except from wow.
Update graphics card drivers and direct x as standard.

No problem it was frustrating when I happened to me too
I had this and it turned out to be my mouse, the plastic inside that presses the button had become worn. Some superglue built it back up and it works again.
Logitech mouse here and had same problem. Got the mouse replaced under warranty and now it’s working.
